The HOA includes 262 owners, 2 parks, kids playground, basketball court, pickleball court, pavilion, picnic table and extensive walking trails.

Dues are $100 per quarter.

NEXT BOARD MEETING

The Board meets as needed. Homeowners are notified via email of all board meetings. The next board meeting will be held on June 18th at 7 PM.  The meeting place TBD, most likely at the park or pond area.

Annual MEETING

The 2023 annual meeting was held in November.  All homeowners were invited to attend.

2024 annual meeting date TBA.
